San Juan Cocktail

2 oz. light rum (like Bacardi)
1 oz. Tangerine Schnapps (Hiram Walker)
1 oz. Crème de Banana (Hiram Walker)
1/2 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 oz. fresh squeezed pineapple juice
2 oz. fresh squeezed orange juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake thoroughly. Serve in a highball glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with an orange slice and pineapple leaf."
