Where I ferment my stuff is directly hit by sun light. Should I'be concerned.
Southern window?"

I have read, light can increase off flavor developement, but haven't noticed it in mine. One concern, might be over heating though. The yeast themselves produce a significant amount when in full ferment, and the sunlight might be too much. Higher heat, worse taste, and a potential stalled ferment in hotter months."
