Back again... Somewhere in all my reading I found a formula for measuring the wash after it has settled down from fermenting. Can anyone tell me the formula for using the specific gravity measurements to get a % alcohol of the wash? I know it had to do with the starting SG and the ending SG....Like my start of my first was 108 and it ended at -25 or so. and my second was 102 and ended at -10. anyway help would be appreciated....Off to work I go........Mark

"Just use this web link on the Brerwhaus web site and enter your starting and ending specific gravities. http://www.brewhaus.com/Calculators-C108.aspx
Cheers!
