My Christmas present has come early, The Pro Series HC. But I'm having a hard time figuring out the order and location of the cooling hoses. Brewhaus has direction but they show a one dimensional drawing but the connections to the column are all around the pipe not sure which is a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h, I understand j,h and K. I wish the stamped it in the pipe.

Basically the hoses just work from the very bottom and go up criss crossing.

"Just remember that the incoming water should go in at the lowest post and criss cross across the column and up to its next highest point closest the post you are at and the last top post will be your return water to the cooler or outside depending on the system you are using. "

"Wade thanks for the pics, the opening at the top of your condenser what goes there and the other opening on your column with out a hose where is that going? please tolerate my stupidity.
When they talk about controlling the column I understand that, but then they say controlling the condenser (water control) I only have one shut of valve.
Could I ask you for the biggest favor. Could you hook up everything as you would if you where going to do a run and send the pics. If not I'm f'd."

As far as I know you dont control the condenser just keep cold water flowing as fast as can be and cold. That black connection with the valve in the picture I posted towards the bottom of the condenser goes to the pump which will be in the cooler or bucket supplying the cold water to the column and the condenser. The top post of the condenser will return back to the bucket and so will the very top post of the column as the water coming out of both of these will be warmer or even hot depending on how much water is flowing through them, The condenser should be full blast though and with my 1500w hotplate the column control valve for water is almost closed completely with just a trickle running through but with gas burner this would be open much more most likely. Sorry, the kids took the camera with them. So to sum it up, 1 hose feeding the valve section then 2 hoses returning hot water.
