If its a sugar wash, use the calculater on brewhaus.com. It will give you the sugar to alc. ratio depending on good ferment. Left side of main page."

Go to:

http://www.brewhaus.com/

on the left side of the opening page, you will see a column of different things,,, this column has blue background with white letters, and at the top of the column is Essences, then Turbo Yeast and Speciality yeast, etc. Continue DOWN this column, and you will see a black bar with white letters that says ""Hot stuff"", and there will be a list (blue background, white letters) of hot sauces, marinades, etc. The next black bar (still in line with the blue column) with white letters says: ""Quick Links"". Continue looking down the blue column below ""Quick Links"", and the 4th link down says ""Calculators"". This is the link that will lead you to the calculators. Click on it. Hope this helps.
