I just bought some Jim Beam Black Cherry bourbon and, my gosh, is it a good sipping whiskey. I know how to make some black cherry additive but does any one know how Jim Beam makes there black cherry bourbon? Do they use black cherry in the fermantation process? Snidlywhip.

That sounds really good.

One possibility would be to macerate with some bourbon. This is one of my favorite sights for flavoring.
