I have a digitial thermometer that needs calibrated. Has anybody calibrated the one they got from Brewhaus,it is off at least 20 degrees.

Put it in boiling water, not touching bottom of pan. Calibrate for your elevation and adjust.

However 20° is way off mark, and it may be just a bad unit. Call Brewhaus, and suggest they send you a new one and a return postage label enclosed for the old one. Frustrating I know."
