Some turbos are actually made to be stackable. But for so small a batch you shouldn't have any propblems.

If you are doing a double batch, you really need 2 packs. Its a composite of everything needed. If it were just yeast, than one would do you, but you would lack nutrients and such for a double batch. Moniter, and if heat becomes an issue, add a liter of frozen water in a soda bottle. Here, extra heat is becomeing a blessing. Don't think you will have any problems. I stick to the 25 L size fermenters as I can lift and move them as necessary, and then put them on my deck rail to rack into my still. Otherwise, I would have to procure a pump."
