"Hello im wanting to get this distiller off ebay and it say a few things that im kinda confused about. I plan to make ""enthonal"" from a few diffrent ways. This is what it says :
There is temperature control unit on the distiller, the temperature can be adjusted from 55°C to 105°C. Just put the wine or low purity alcohol in the boiling chamber, turn on the power and set temperature (usually 90°C), after a while, the pure and high quality wine will flow out of the silicon tube continuously, the wine after distillation smells delicious, tastes much better than original poor wine.

Because the temperature can be adjusted, it can be also used for distillation of other liquid, but please make sure the liquid won't cauterize steel.
I plan to use this than other for wine is this for me? Also does cauterize mean it will burn the steel? Thanks for your time"

The problem with temperature control is that your heat will cycle.

"Without seeing it, its hard to say. I wouldn't touch it from just that description.
Think about makeing or purchasing a pot still of a proven desighn. There's a lot more to it than just concentrating alch, a bit."
