Was thanked: 15 time(s) in 15 post(s)
"This happened to me once -- I read that I overfed my yeast. Looking back, I was useing a turbo yeast and recently I had ordered yeast vitamins for the bread yeast attempt. I pitched the turbo too soon and I think I killed it.. so I thought - add the bread yeast and some nutrients and wala.. that should take care of it. Well after waiting for it to ferment and then running it --- it was blue coming out. I ran it all just to see -- tasted terrible and the filter just made it bluer and stronger smelling. Yucko -- but I did learn a lesson.
Pay attention to the basics. It even made my carbon stink.
Oh well I had'nt found this site then so NOW I've got all of ya'll to pic info from. Thanks"
