Where is the best place to get copper packing in the USA? I can't find decent pot scrubbers at a reasonable price. Also how much packing will I need for a 3inch column 3foot long? I'm new to this forum so thanks for all the help.

We offer copper packing which should suit your needs. For a 3' OD ,1/16' assumed wall thickness, x 3' long column, you would need a little bit over 2 packages.

Rick,
Just wondering how much one package is by weight.
I have only seen it sold by the pound, not by length.
Thanks!

We have been selling by length instead of weight because we have personally seen the weight of a pound sold elsewhere. With a total shipping weight including packaging of under a pound, the copper itself obviously cannot be a full pound. The real weight that we have is consistent with what we have seen- about 3/4 pound. This is more than sufficient to fill a 2' x 36' column.
