"Howdy,
Do you remove foreshots from the stripping run AND the spirits run? Or just the spirits run?
If one runs them from both, are you taking off 50-100 ml (say, for a neutral spirit on reflux still) on both runs? Or is there a different ""formula"" for how much to take off on each run?

"Can""t remember if I commented on this over yonder, but I used to take fores twice. Then I only tossed from the spirit run.
Lately, as my rig is being put through a battery of single run performance tests, The one is all that is needed for certain.
I recon the jury is out, as some do with good reason, and others do not with good reason.
Do both and make yourself feel better till you start having some original thoughts on the matter."

OK, thanks. I took them from both runs to be safe (considering it's my first time). I guess I'll do my own testing in the future too.
