I made a wort with 12# sugar, turbo 8 and water to five gals. Worked off in 5 days, in the still a lot of blue stuff came off before alcohol distilling temp. in a reflux still. It came off blue almost the complete cook off in lesser amounts. What is it I am doing wrong? I never had this problem with turbo pot still yeast.

One time with a turbo wash ,actually 2 I always run 50 lts + sugar, the crap that was left in the boiler was very blue looking, but the distillate was fine. I also have a copper relux still. This only happened once, I can't tell you why it happened but I'm very anal about keeping things clean so that wasn't the problem.
