Over at the Title company closing on my refi & I look over at a building being fitted out. Sure enough a new pot still & a continuous column reflux unit in place with several fiberglass & ss tanks. Asked the people at the title company & yep - new craft whiskey/vodka unit going in. Seems to be a lot of these popping up in Texas lately. Looks like I need to mosey over & make some new friends.
