"Hello, We'll be in Fairfield Texas mid-October and looking to connect with people who make moonshine. We'll shoot a segment that will discuss the process of making homemade alcohol, we'll check out your rig and you'll interact with our shows hosts. If your interested please contact me ASAP. Thanks, Zach Sebastian zach engelentertainment.com 917-365-8153 engelentertainment.com"

I would imagine anyone who responds would be in possession of a valid distillation license. Otherwise they would have to be a complete idiot. |

So, even a person who make a small batch or does it for the purposes of a TV is under threat from the law?

"You can actually get a state permit to do such if educational. There are even some colleges now teaching and running a still asan actual course.
Pop Corn Sutton got a liscence when he did his documentary for tv."

Sometimes I wonder bout that. Also wonder about the mind set of certain regional law enforcement that has a long standing or historical culture of sniffing out and erradicating moonshinning. The kind of culture that had disproportionate amounts of funding dedicated to this task.
We see all kinds of economies established by verture of regulation. Really more like justifiing existance."

Sometimes I think they feel the need to bust a little guy, just to show their presence. Ya know, flex the muscles a bit.
