"I hope this will make a tastey carryover hooch?? I used 8 cans of Barcadi Daquri mix. The berry flavor was so much more intense than fresh berries. Recipe.... 8 cans of mix 10 lbs of sugar 3 envelopes of Fleichmans yeast 3 beanno tabs (disolved) 2 tablespoons of yeast nutrients and a squirt of lemon juice Added yeast and yeast nutrients about 6 hours after mixing converted sugar water and Daq. mixers. It took off in about an hour which seemed to me REALLY quick. Hoping for the best.... will leave the hooch 100 proof, now what to mix the hooch with?????"
