First run a success. I will refine the process though as I know there were a few mistakes along the way but running the "machine" was as advertised and I managed to keep it at 172 to 175 in reflux. Quality okay but can be better and yes, I will READ and learn. ABV % was at 90. Over all very pleased and again, thanks to ALL.:):)

"Atta boy.....listen something that really helps, keep a little journal of all the little steps that make your finished product. You know -- if its great you'll want to mimic the process and if it sucks ----- well you get the picture.
I mean every little thing cause you wont remember the next time, even with the same recipe. Try it and see if it helps."
