Do you have to let your wash clear or use a clearing agent if your are going to do a stripping run first? It is a 50 lt. sugar wash with turbo 48. My unit has a internal heating elment.

Do what you must. Then slow down. Get your self an extra fermenter or two going.
Get something fermenting, something clearing and something ready to run all within the same span of time and you will then produce more likker by moving more slowly.
Keep your ferments below 14% ( 10% would be very clean indeed),Air after stilling, make good cuts. Blend at you discretion.
More slowly to get more better."
