I have used turbo 48 for about 15 times and never had any problems with it . But two days ago I mix up two more batches at 25 lt each and I used 17 pounds of sugar . The wash was 88.8 f when I add yeast. What should I do?

when you say stuck do you mean that it never started to ferment? Do you use a starter bottle to get the yeast going? oxygenate before pitching? and most of all the ingredients of your wash.
I like to pitch at a temp in the 70s myself"

It started and stopped in two days . I followed instructions on pack only thang I did was swap 1 pound of plane sugar for 1 pound of brown sugar . It normaly takes 5 days.

bye golly, sounds like you did everything right. Only thing I can figure is hat your room, fermentation area was too hot. A turbo yeast reacts so fast, that it creates a lot of heat and will kill the yeast. And you started off from scratch pretty hot. a really good turbo can raise the temps many degrees if the wash is well made. That will kill the yeasts.

Make a starter bomb with ec 1118 or red star champagne yeast. Re aeriate the wash and add. Should finish fine."
