I have an Easy Distiller and it does ok sugars washes.Ive evn learned a few tricks with it to flavor instead of essence. However I have tasted some really unusual shine made here locally and it was excellent. This has propted me to try a real mash recipe for some nice whiskey. I was reading about the Uncle Jesse Sour Mash but the directions to do this are pretty hard for a novice. Particularly the terminology. Where can a rookie get simple insructions to do this. Feints and low wines back into my do what? I need professor from Gilligans Isle to interpret this for me. Help is appreciated.
