"Hi,
I have a question regarding the minimum temperature that Turbo Yeast requires to kick off the fermentation process. The literature says to ferment at 68 deg F (normal room temperature). Normal room temperature doesn't apply to my situation. I heat my home primarily with wood. The living area fluctuates from mid 70's to upper 50's right now. I have a small room heated independently by electricity. It is currently set at 55 deg F for my homebrew lager. I'm not sure that will be warm enough for Turbo Yeast. I'm hoping I can find a happy medium; high enough for the Turbo Yeast but not too high for the Lager Yeast.
Paul"
