"The ratios sound about right, did you measure the SG with a hydrometer? Did you start the yeast in water first?

This was about 4 days ago, how does it look now?"

well overall it went well out of the 2 1/4 gal i got back alittle over 2 quarts ran it again and got just under that it came out very clear. the only thing i dont like it that it smells like bread alot more so after 1st run alot less after second run. what did i do wrong and how do i fix it? besides that its definatelly potent. it light up in a spoon bites all the down etc. ive learned a few thing the ss pot worked but keeping a good seal was a chore im lookin 4 a stainless steel pressure cooker any advice suggestions would be great thanks.
