ok i am a complete nub to making whiskey an wanted to give it a shot. the still i am using its a electric crock pot that holds maybe a gallon of water that has a copper pipe leading to a jug full of ice then to a jar at the bottom. the recipe i need help with is sweet corn an watermelon. what do you all recommend for radio's i don't mind making a large vat in a ferment barrel an cook little by little i have loads of time on my hands to cook it all.

When you get ready to still it i saw a thread on here about freezing your mash to do a stripping run. this will give you less volume to work with.
