"I am about to build a 4"" tower based on the Hillbilly stills. Does anyone know how he builds his reflux in the top of his tower. He did have a reflux plate for sale on his site that was pre drilled for 1"" pipe. I am hoping someone has a drawing or design for a tower that size. I currently am running a 2"" tower that I made and am very happy with, but I run a 14 gallon batch of 20% in a stainless half barrell. It runs around 1 gallon of 92% in approx 2.5 hrs. I would really like to increase my volume, I don't have the time to spend an entire day on one batch.
By the way; love the forum."

"Don't want to sound tacky, but you're serious - you want us to help you rip off a patented device from another website?
There are 2 ways to do this - reverse engineer one & be in patent violation or contact him & ask him to sell you parts for one to assemble. His stills are expensive, but he puts in a lot of work on one. By buying the parts you could save his labor costs."

"I actually took your advice before you gave it. Talked to him a few days after I posted this thread, and he was quite helpful. I was not asking anyone to help me rip off his idea, but why try to re-invent the wheel, thankfully he was much more understanding than you. If you don't like the questions, don't be a part of the forum.
Thanks for your help............ I guess."
