"I have been trying to figure this out but my brain keeps crashing Not enough ram I guess How do you equalize the the temp.in the PSII HC ? it has no valves to turn off the flow of vapor"

If you are using reflux mode you adjust the water flow to the upper column. In pot still mode the amount of remaining alcohol in the cooker determines the temperature. You can adjust the heat some but it mostly runs wide open. If you check the temp at the beginning of a run it will be xxx as the run progresses the temperature will rise.
