"I've always used corn meal to make corn whiskey. I see alot about cracked corn. Just wondering if anybody has any input on which produces a better flavor. Also does anyone have a good cracked corn recipe? If so can u share and what is your process? Do u have to cook the cracked corn?

People using cracked corn are likely grinding it into meal themselves. Its just that feed corn is dirt cheap and human grade they charge through the yingyang.
Popcorn ground his own cornmeal. Its not hard and the savings are huge.
