I'm new to this hobby and was thinking of getting the psii hc or just the pot still.If running on reflux will there be different tastes by using different washes or is the ac to high to have any taste or should i just buy the pot still

Yeah even in reflux you'll get some flavor carryover dependin on what you used to make your wash, i'd say just go with the hc unit and your set for either reflux or pot and you wont need to upgrade in the future.

so then you are saying in reflux to just use a sugar wash since there will be no difference in taste ? thanx for your reply
