Have access to many 5 gal square plastic containers that orignally held fryer oil for restaurant use. Would it be ok to store washes in these till Im ready to use them?

Yep it will work. Also should make some killer fermenters. Get the grease out. I went and bought the Wally World brand of Oxyclean..actually did not buy it personally but sent a chum to buy some. Its called Sun Brand. Real cheap. Somebody on here say to use it on nasty beer kegs. Should work on the deal you got real good. Smart thinking.
