my buddy gave me 10 gallons of strawberry wine to run through mah still. any tips or suggestions on doing this?..

The best run I've had so far was from some poor tasting wine a friend of mine made. It was a Merlot that had about 9% alc and was slightly carbonated. Just to be fair he is a brewer not a wine maker but his wife wanted wine so he gave it a shot, but I digress. The wine itself was indeed pretty hideous but when I ran it through the still the spirit tasted great!!!
