:)Well dont you have a hydrometer?:) When it reads below 1 it is done. Bubbling will also stop. I really dont believe the "Ferments in 3 days or very fast claims.

"If it was bubbling and now it's not and it's been 6 days, then, if it were me, I'd run it.
It doesn't have to be clear, but sediment can scorch causing an off flavor (and make it harder to clean your still).Putting it somewhere cooler will help it settle faster (like an unheated basement or unheated entrance way or even a refrigerator)."
