i just made a batch of clear spirit...it has no smell and taste great, but, when you hold it up to the light, and shake it, you can see like a film not just on top but thru out the product....i really dont think its fusil oil...like i said no smell and taste great...should i be concerned...thanks

Scott I have done some reading and what may be in your finished product is fusel oil. If you let it set it will form a film on top and then you pour off the top and have very clean product left. You may also need to filter through some activated carbon and this will also remove the oil.
