We all know that you can't make liker without sugar, but I can explain the process so that even my grandbabies understand how the process works and what is needed to do it. I figure that our forefathers had little formal education, resources and limited money and still produced a fine product. I don't disagree with some of this "High Tech" scietific, and chemical theories that are out there but all of it comes right back to basic common sense and just a few variables. Sugar source, conversion, and heat transfer. If you can control and or vary these three things you can easily make yourself happy. I think that the biggest obstical to overcome is to decide just what you want to do with taste, proof and quantity. Then just do it. You want something quick, go to the liqour store. I'll be writing my explanation real soon.

"OK Bigwheel, were getting close but before I submit stuff that is entertaining as well as educational I question the mental stability of myself as well as you guys that do the same nothing that I do. Anyway, before you can tell a story, you got to submit characters so: This list are the characters we'll start with: ""Bobbie Joe"" she's a bakers yeast from a old but simple family that has done a good job over the years. Then you got ""Thor"" he's a bully comming from rich parents and is very big and strong and always trying to outdo BobbieJoe. Now's there ""Caroline"" (sweet caroline) from the sugar cane fields of Central Florida, unlike ""Carlos"" from Costa Rica, who is also a sweet guy but most people are only interested in his coat. We also have an Italian (Tony) who is a health freak but is very healthy. I never liked Larry but the few times I left him out of the party we missed him. now this is my first group of people that we will discuss soon. Notice I didn't include ""Karl, Barnie or Ollie as they will be included in my sequel upon request. See what I mean? You gotta be a litle sick to do this stuff. Be back soon."

The crocodile is still roaming around. He would rather hang out at my house eating fish carcasses and spent mash than go out and earn a meal hunting on his own. He did grab a dog off a dock last week. You can put a silencer on the 410. It don't make it real quiet but it tones it down a lot, especially with #7-1/2. I tried it on my 3" Judge but it didn't help much. I still think you should consider "Heidi", she's a looker, getting her S/S check and got full Medicare coverage.

Actually a .22 placed right behind his eyes will take care of it. The Judge is legal beause it has rifling in the barrel which excludes it from being a shotgun but now you can buy slug shotguns with rifling, I wonder if they are considered rifles? The laws are getting a bit too confusing. I got my eye on the Henry Golden Boy, 45/70. Expensive! Maybe a couple more trips to the Casino will do it? Probably lose my A-- and won't be able to refill my propane tanks. Better reconsider.

"OK Bigwheel, seems like your the one most interested into this story. I think it's your infactuation with ""Caroline"" that keeps you interested. I'm going to start with chapter one, cause thats the first one!
Caroline was born in a Cane Field and lived there with her mother and lots of friends. One day the farmer set fire to their homes and they were all burned out. After the fire they were all taken to the mill and were cleaned up and taken to their new home which was very dark and very dry. They were pretty crowded in their new home and didn't have too much to do to keep them entertained. Finally one day they were released from their new home and were tossed into a hot tub which was very pleasing and caused Caroline and her friends to be absorbed by the water and they all disapeared. Now you couldn't see them, but they were there. This is were ""Bobbie Joe"" enters the story. Bobby Joe is a poor but honorable girl, who's family goes back a long way. Bobby Joe and her freinds spend most of their time sleeping, like they were in a coma but were not happy that another party ""Thor"" has recently come on the scene. they heard stories about Thor, that he was very rich and big and strong. Thor didn't have too many friends who could afford to hang around with him. To B.J.'s amazement, an old family allie took B.J. and her friends out to wake them out of their coma by placing them in warm water. This was so exciting. After all those months of lying still, they could finally jump and run, drink the water and act crazy. They were causing quite a stir. They were all happy that they were chosen over Big, rich Thor!

That's one of my biggest problems is remembering what I did! I'm thinking of naming it. Maybe "Black Virgin Mexican Corn Liquor" or maybe " Virgin Rican Black Brandy" ! don't know, got to think about it. Hey Chapter two comming out real soon. I did hear that Caroline is having problems with Bobbie Joe, something about shaving armpits, I'll let you know.

"Well, It's raining, seems like it always does a couple of weeks before Hurricane season. Makes me wonder why I don't have insurance on my house? Anyway we'll continue with my story:
We left off with Caroline and her friends in the big pool and BJ and her friends having a party in the hot tub. After awhile BJ got real hungary and needed to eat something, so they all jumped into the big pool and met Caroline. They became pretty intimate and BJ quickly found out that she could eat Caroline and her friends. This satisfied their hunger. With all the enegy they were expending, this was just what they needed. It seemed like all was well but the more they ate, the more they farted. They were farting up a storm, bubbles were rising out of the water. You could even hear the fizzles in the water. This didn't seem to bother Caroline as she was so happy to be there and still had a lot of her friends to play with.
Be patient, it gets better. Chapter three comming soon."

"Bibwheel, You ain't going to like the end of this story.
Everyone is happy! Caroline hasn't realized that she has lost some friends. After a few days Bobbie Joe becomes sick, she is hardly eating and feels tired all the time. A new visitor came by the pool, ""Tony the Italian"" He checked out the pool and decided to jump right on in. In a short period of time, BJ started to feel better. It was like Tony provided the vitamins that she needed to keep active. Tony is a welcome visitor and didn't seem to mess with Caroline at all. After a few days BJ was doing very well but Caroline and her friendes were dissapearing from the pool. Bobbie Joe isn't real happy about this. All her fartin and eatng has caused her to become intoxicated and she, like Caroline eventualy died. Nothing was left except the pool water which had changed to alcohol.
This kind of explains that if you got the sugar and correct yeast, temperature and nutrients you too can produce a mash that is acceptable if you just let nature take it's course and DON'T RUSH IT."
