"Added about half cup of fresh peppermint leaves ( for about 7 days) to 1 pint of 100 proof sugar head hooch. Turned green with nice smell and an ok taste. Any body out there every used the leaves in the wash with good or bad results"

Hobby Lobby, what the hell is that? anyway, I was trying to explain the mash hydrometer to a buddy. I told him that it was like a bad gas gage. You don't know when your empty unless you know when it's full.

My Dad bought a new 1964, I think, VW. He turned it back in after a week when he found out that they added a fuel gage. He wanted the reserve tank like the old ones. He never trusted gages.

The peppermint hooch gets better with age just not what I would want everyday. I would not put in premium corn and barley stuff
