We used to use DAP to cover up holes in the wall. It come in a squirt tube and was bright white. Prob not the same stuff..lol. That one bound to be pizzen. I know the Brew Shoppe peddling the stuff cuz think I seen it. Taking a wild guess it some form of a yeast nutrient. Hopefully some smarty pants jump on here and splains it properly.

Diammonium Phosphate

From Wikipedia: DAP is also used as a yeast nutrient in winemaking and brewing mead.

i use DAP in all my products to be fermented. I have always used nutrient, energizer, hulls and aeration as my partners.
