As some might recall I bought a 26 AMP model from Rockler back in Feb. this year. I tried to use in the reflux mode a time or two but did not seem to need it with the bypassed hot plate. Used it twice or two on the variable setting for pot and half fast reflux pot stilling. Anyway notice it was real hot to the touch anytime it was in operation...real stout heat to run it through the variable cyle. It finally zonked out a few months ago. Did not have a clue whether it had a warranty or not. Sent them off an email of inquiry about two days ago or so. Got this back today:

Will say they may have cheap Chicom crap...but the Customer Service is top notch. Now if they dont really send it I reserve the right to take all this back of course. Thanks Scotty. I got a tip they all need heat syncs..sinks? lol.
