recomend a stainless mixing bowl solder it to colum and use bolts to attach clips on keg solder bolts to in side of keg and clips should look like a BENT OVAL or s shape makes for easy cleaning and for packing i use porcelean beads cheap from art craft shop about 2 coke cans full for world measurments and copper mesh ok spread copper mesh ,fluff it, in one end stick in one coke can full of beads and then mesh then beads then mesh and so on works perfect i make a lot of rum and i find thats the best my grand pa tought me cheers down under phill..
