Made a first run of about a gallon of my "apple juice" this morning. That cobbled together 1 gallon still puked hooch like a champ!!! Got almost a full quart off a gallon of mash! Had about 75ml of heads and almost nothing for tails. Smells and tastes sweet with a quite a kick. Gonna run a couple more gallons off and see what I get, I'll post back soon!
