"I stumbled across a book called Pure Corn Whiskey and recommend it to all. I've ready about 70 pages so far skimming past the history and legal sections going straight to the science of fermenting and distilling. It seems like a good read for beginners and pros alike. There is a lot of good info there figured I'd share for those who don't know about it maybe check it out. You can buy it or there is a free PDF version I found here.
