"well ive been reading for awhile now and think that what i want is vodka made from sugar .
i want a neutral that i can flavor to start with . more complicated stuff down the road .
i am looking at the ps2 hc with big kettle . will be starting with propane because i have it already and may need to be portable .
so now that i have figured that much out , where should i go from here ? like recipes and preparation . or anything else i migh need to know /do .

Great choice on the neutral. Bayou-Rulers version of Birdwatchers tomater paste recipe seems to be the elixir of choice. Sure its in the recipe section. If not holler back and I will step and fetch it for ya..lol. Hey..look at Heeler's Vodka recipe. That is the one of which I was speaking I think. DO NOT get cute and try using tomater sauce. It no worky worth a caca.
