You might try to avoid posting links on where to buy water distillers. That could be considered spam. Try copying and pasting the message into the appropriate forum. I was going to do it myself when it dawned on me the inmates are now running the asylum and most likely act rude..so I skipped it. Ok nevermind on second thought it would get deleted anyway.

I am the "inmate", and you are correct, I am taking back control of the "asylum". The forum rules are posted- abide by them (just like everyone else must) or you will be released from the asylum.

I actually considered moving this thread to the "Just for Fun" area, as it is not specifically a technical question / answer thread. But, it is trying to make a point about the value of responses in the technical area, so I have decided that it probably is best suited here. If anyone disagrees please PM me (so as to not lengthen this thread into something that we will need to close or remove) and I will take it into consideration.

The past posts are actually being addressed so that newcomers do not see all the crap and just leave. I agree that there is sometimes humor in the posts, especially if you are more of a sarcastic type person (which I will admit I am at times). However, it is not appreciated by most members, and is insulting to many. It also leaves a lot of useless information to read through when someone is trying to find an answer to something, and THAT has led to the loss of some members.

Art phart now where do a person go to learn the science of distilling? Thats what we are after right? This situation was happening so much that the site was losing valuable members. If someone is going to offer advice they should make sure it is accurate, helpful, and pertains to the original thread subject. Yeah turn on em loose. I like that plan. Now unfortunately them cranky yank'mes be hollering for Mama shortly..sorta like they are now only more so. In case you aint noticed the alleged perp has obeyed each and every new rule which has been enacted..yet yet yet..some will not shut their pie hole. Tell me why this is? How have you been harmed Sir?
