Started a Gerber wash last night and ordered PSII HC this morning. Ready to take all that I've learned and see if I can make sense of it. Plan on starting with a few sugar washes then would love to move to an all-grain. I'll keep reading and updating my progress.

Done wine in the past. Thinkin the spirits will put another spark in this hobby for me.
