Well I started a new mash. 3 pounds left over corn mash that I had in the freezer, 3 pounds fresh corn, 5 pounds sugar, 1 cup bran flakes, 4 tbsp yeast, 5 gallons water. Been 2 days now and it's bubbling away like a happy little brew factory. If it settles down too soon, maybe I'll add another bit of sugar, but it seems good so far. I'll keep y'all posted!
