Should the water go in any partictular fitting first or does it matter

Definitely the tower first. So that you get the most consistent water temp. top or bottom first of both the tower and condenser I don't think matters that much. Others here will let you know I am sure. Have fun.

all vendors recomend the liebeg first but since readig things here im leaning tp splitting the flow so boyh the tower and leibig get fresh cooling water.

Hi Turbine, water input goes into the top of the tower and into the bottom of the liebig condenser.
For mine I run 2 pumps, one to the tower and one to the condenser, it makes controlling the flow a little easier.

So I could put a tee fitting on a garden hose to supply cold water to each at the same time.

You sure could. It would also be a good idea to put a ball or gate valve inline to your tower condenser in order to adjust the flow during your run, but the hose kit that should have come with your kit has those already.
