Hi makersmark. Just ordered the same set up the other day. How long did it take to get yours? I'm like a little kid waiting, keep checking the email for the shipping notice. Maddawgs

Don't forget to stop in on the Sam's Club bakery. A lot of their icing comes in 5 gallon HDPE buckets with air-tight lids. I just ask for a few empties with the lids ... they've been happy to just give them to me. They clean up real nice and come in very handy for this hobby ... make nice fermenting buckets for smaller washes. If you have the 15 gallon boiler, you could split your wash across two of them ... or use them as secondaries.

Hi JB, Thanks for the tip. Not a member of Sams but am of BJ's so I'll try them. I have two ferment kits coming from BH. I will be getting the 15 gallon boiler so with the two kit I will do 10 gallon runs. Still no ship notice but it gives me more time to get the shop ready. Currently finishing up the insulation and should be done soon. Maddawgs
