I have Still Spirits Turbo Yeast Classic. It gives directions for 5.5 gallon wash but doesnt say how much yeast to use. It comes in 175g (6.17oz) packages.

Usually with a turbo you will use the whole package. I have read where some folks use only half a pack and had good results so I tried useing half a pack on my latest wash. Seems to be working Ok but not as fast starting or rapid in it's working.
