been going for only 3 days, now stopped bubbling and it's only reading 980 on hydrometer, what does that mean????? it there still sugar left????
7 1/2 kg sugar + turbo yeast and a few vitamin tablets for the hell of it......
any idea, or should i just leave it for a bit longer????

If your reading is 0.980, then you are done- not going any further than that! It is spring- this is not unusual at all. There are several things that influence yeast, and often in the spring fermentation times are considerably lower than at other times.
