"I'm very simple when it comes to my shine--corn, sugar, water and yeast. I'm still relatively new to this so I'm looking for some help. I don't know much about malt. Does adding malt to a mash add flavor? If so can I add it to my simple corn mash? Also what kind of malt? I notice brewhaus has so many different kinds. I saw one called distillers malt--is that one that's easy to use?
