"I'm Crypt (short for Cryptkeeper) and its nice to meet ya'll.
I run a normal 2 "" column pot still on a 15.5 gallon beer keg with a 2"" sankey adapter and a d-ring/gasket to connect it to the keg. A turkey burner finishes it all off. I have yet to build a reflux or boka slant plate still, those will be coming soon now that I have become well versed in the pot still variety.
I make bourbon (all grain), rum (blackstrap variety), sweetfeed and Ujssm varieties of shine. So far I haven't smoked any barley and peat for scotch, nor have I malted any grains myself but both of thses projects may be something I do this coming summer.
