"hey boys hows it goin

i'm relatively new to the game with only two full runs under my belt. for the first runs i used a 2gal SS stock pot but I'm going to fashion up a 5gal one this weekend. They are both simple pot stills with a condenser coil, no thumper. my first attempt at a still worked and even some buddies were hollerin for more. I also ordered a new hot plate and router speed controller which ill wire up shortly and test out. since i dont have a stove to use or a good place outside im stuck to a hotplate.

conceptually the process of distilling is pretty simple and im not worried about it. I'm just kind of impatient and want to do a bunch of runs so i can hone in all the details! I've got lots of plans for different mashes and plan to stagger them and keep some sort of log to describe the process.
