Is there any paritcular wines that i should stay away from on a sac run? What abv should i buy to run as my sac run also how much shoud be good for a 7gal pot. Not sure if i could just use a gallon or two and dilute it with some water

You can use anything really..old wine old beer or make a cheap sugar wash ..I'd run a good gallon or two through it.
